Future Digital, a growth marketing agency focused on health and wellness brands, is looking for a sharp, highly organized coordinator to work directly with our founder across two parallel tracks:

- Maintain opportunity trackers with clear next steps and deadlines.
- Coordinate scheduling and prepare concise meeting briefs.
Who you are:
You’re a strong communicator with sound judgment and excellent attention to detail. You work independently, manage your time well, and balance priorities across both tracks within the available hours. You’re resourceful, comfortable learning new tools, and reliable about following through.
Experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or executive support is valuable. An interest in health, wellness, or media is a plus.
We’re looking for a long-term team member who values meaningful part-time work, with potential to grow in hours and responsibility based on mutual fit and business needs.
To apply: Please share your resume or LinkedIn profile, availability, and a brief note describing relevant outreach or relationship management work you’ve supported.
