Dermatology Medical Assistant Sulphur Springs, TX

We are seeking a Certified Dermatology Tech / Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with providers to ensure efficient and appropriate clinical care
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Prep patients for minor surgical procedures
• Assist in all exams and medical procedures as dictated by provider
• Triage patient needs and prescription calls
• Assist Front-Office & Clerical Staff in any additional functions as dictated by supervisors

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Dermatology or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• EMA / Modernizing Medicine experience preferred
