Regional Manager-Institutional Cafeteria Experience Preferred

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee 7-10 jail kitchens where you will be responsible for coaching and providing leadership to each kitchen’s management team to aid them in operating a successful and profitable site, taking weekly or bi-weekly inventories, ordering food and other kitchen items, and weekly reporting to corporate office staff.
