Pay: $90,000 a year

Opportunity to earn $108,000 per year through our monthly bonus plan and vehicle allowance!

As an Area Leader, you will be responsible for all restaurant operations in your designated area. In this role, you will have the chance to lead and inspire your team while enjoying fantastic benefits, including health insurance, paid training, vehicle allowance, and a monthly bonus plan. The monthly bonus platform creates a great opportunity to improve sales, labor, and food cost, and in return you receive a percentage for each location. As an ARL, you will directly supervise General Managers, enforce operational standards, and ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 5-10 restaurant locations.
• Directly supervise 5-10 General Managers.
• Enforce company operations by completing weekly store visits.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and food quality.
• Train and develop management and team members to reach their full potential.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to assist stores when needed.
• Experience in managing P&Ls, labor, and inventory
• Flexibility to travel frequently within the market
