Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings. This role supports the interdisciplinary team by delivering essential nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other medical procedures.
• Support patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient records.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current and active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
